6.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or part of jili95's business, your personal data may be transferred to the relevant successor entity. You will be notified of any such transfer and your rights in relation to your data will be preserved.

Section 7 Data Retention

• Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required by Philippine financial regulations.
• KYC and identity verification documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure or the completion of the relevant transaction.
• Customer support records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the interaction, unless a longer period is required for dispute resolution or legal proceedings.
• Marketing preferences: Retained until you withdraw your consent or request deletion, subject to any overriding legal retention requirements.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data will be securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with our data disposal procedures.

Section 11 Children's Privacy and Age Restrictions

The jili95 Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. jili95 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If jili95 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. Any winnings accrued on an account found to belong to an underage individual will be forfeited.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has registered on the jili95 Platform, please contact us immediately using the details in Section 14 so that we can take appropriate action.

Section 12 Changes to This Privacy Policy

jili95 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players via email or an on-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Section 13 Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Privacy Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Regulatory complaints relating to data protection may be directed to the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines through its official channels.
