Section 1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jili95 ("jili95," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the jili95 online gaming platform, website, mobile application, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the jili95 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that may be published on the Platform from time to time.

If you are accessing the jili95 Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

Section 2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on jili95, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming regulations and is non-negotiable. jili95 does not permit access by persons under 21 years of age under any circumstances.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by jili95 or any relevant regulatory authority.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jili95, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not have had a previous jili95 account closed for breach of these Terms.

jili95 reserves the right to decline registration or close any account where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be confirmed, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

Section 3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of the jili95 Platform, you must register for an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information requested by jili95 for identity verification purposes.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on jili95. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jili95 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jili95 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. jili95 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify jili95 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Contact our support team at the email address listed in Section 14 of these Terms.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

jili95 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests.

Section 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

jili95 processes all transactions in Philippine Peso (₱). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. jili95 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
• Deposits are credited to your jili95 account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. jili95 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• jili95 does not accept deposits made from credit facilities, borrowed funds, or any source that is not legitimately owned by the account holder.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the jili95 account.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• jili95 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawal requests, which may result in processing delays.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined where jili95 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• Processing times vary by payment method. jili95 will endeavour to process approved withdrawals within the timeframes published on the Platform, but cannot guarantee processing times due to third-party dependencies.

Section 5 Bonuses & Promotions

jili95 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may be subject to geographic, account status, or game-specific restrictions.
• jili95 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except where explicitly stated.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated betting strategies, or exploiting technical errors — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account closure.
• jili95 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a bonus has been obtained or used in bad faith or in breach of these Terms.

Section 6 Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the jili95 Platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before placing any bets. Placing a bet constitutes acceptance of the relevant game rules.

6.2 Random Number Generation

All jili95 games that involve an element of chance use certified random number generation (RNG) software. Game outcomes are independently verified to be genuinely random and are not influenced by previous results, bet sizes, or any other external factor. jili95 does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, jili95 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. jili95 will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake. The decision of jili95 in respect of any malfunction is final.

6.4 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only accepted and binding once it has been confirmed by the jili95 system and a confirmation reference has been issued. Bets that have not been confirmed due to connectivity issues, system errors, or other technical problems are not binding on jili95.

Section 7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jili95 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Creating or operating more than one account on jili95.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jili95 staff or other players.
• Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable Philippine law or regulation.

Section 8 Responsible Gaming

jili95 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We recognise that for some players, gaming can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this area seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all jili95 account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your jili95 account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the jili95 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of your session duration and net gaming activity.

Section 9 Intellectual Property

All content on the jili95 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video — is the property of jili95 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from jili95.
• Use any jili95 trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner without prior written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use Platform content for any commercial purpose.

Any unauthorised use of jili95 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by jili95.

Section 10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jili95 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

jili95's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jili95 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jili95 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will endeavour to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

Section 11 Privacy & Data Protection

jili95 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jili95 implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and jili95 cannot guarantee absolute data security.

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by jili95, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the details in Section 14.

Section 12 Amendments to These Terms

jili95 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jili95 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an on-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the jili95 Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is indicated at the top of this page. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Section 13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

jili95 operates within the regulatory framework overseen by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.

In the event of a dispute between you and jili95, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jili95's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, account status, bonus eligibility, and Platform access shall be final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
